Join us at our welcoming, Georgian mews home in Edinburgh's historic New Town for your perfect, creative wedding or hen party experience.
We have a wide range of creative options to choose from, and can create a bespoke experience for your group - just get in touch with your ideas. Our team of local artists and makers can usually tailor a workshop to meets your party's creative desires!
Prices start from £315 for a 2-3 hour experience for up to 8 people including private use of our lovely home-based venue, materials and light refreshments (such as speciality morning coffee and cake or an afternoon tea). We also include a complimentary glass of something fizzy!
Our hen party experiences include: making flower crowns; getting crafty with macramé; knicker or garter sewing; designing silver clay jewellery charms and a bride's charm bracelet; printing your own designs (e.g. screen, lino or cyanotype printing); making your own soap bars or wedding favours; blending your own essential oil skincare wedding travel pack; wedding calligraphy; New Town speed-sketching tour; and still life or flower painting class.
We will tailor your workshop to fit within the time you have available (starting from 2 hours up to 7 hours) and the size of your party. And if you have a wedding or hen party theme, we can incorporate this within your wedding or hen party experience.
We are just 5 minutes walk from the popular bars and restaurants of George Street and St Andrew's Square. The tram stop at St Andrew's Square is a 5 minute walk, and it's 10 minutes walk to Waverley train station: so we're perfectly place for combining your hen or wedding party experience with enjoying all the daytime and evening delights that central Edinburgh has to offer.
Our creatives are all working artists and makers and can also create unique wedding gifts and items for you, including: personalised soap favours for your wedding guests; hand-bound wedding albums; a wedding day sketchbook; wedding day and honeymoon lingerie; personalised wedding stationery; hand-made calligraphy table or place settings; decorative macramé wall or plant hangers and sculptures; silver wedding drinks or wedding party charms, and original wedding bouquet paintings.
